FULL TIME PROGRAMME
The centre offers
academic programme according to the children’s mental age and sends them for
exams via open schooling (NIOS).
The centre also offers life skills and vocational programs like food and
bakery, housekeeping, word processing, painting, fabric printing, yoga, etc.
And also, young children aged from 10 and above are trained and sent for open
schooling.
Children from the age of ten and above are trained to appear for their
10th standard exams once
they are fourteen years of age and later for their 12th standard
exams through National Institute of Open Schooling.
PULL OUT PROGRAMME
Students who find difficulty to cope in the mainstream are pulled out
for a year or two and are sent back to the mainstream after remediation. The
mainstream schools have also been quite aware of the needs of these children
and have been sending them to the centre.
REMEDIAL PROGRAMME
Children in mainstream schools are also supported
through remedial classes in the evenings and during weekends.
