D.K.’s is a unit of Venkat
Narayan Educational and Charitable trust. The trust was formed to help children
with learning difficulties who are in need of educational and financial support
for their treatment, occupational therapy and speech therapy
Its main objectives are,
1. To provide advanced
education to the children with learning difficulties along with all modern
techniques and equipment.
2. To provide
assistance to special need children for medical treatment.
3. To support special
need children in main stream school for their holistic development.
4. To provide
vocational training to special need children, are few to mention.
The centre plans to conduct many programmes, such as awareness
programmes, starting a library where
children can use various resources like worksheets, puzzles, games and so on.
